Exchanges Terms & Conditions:
If you get a product that you do not like for some reason (like wrong size, color, etc…) you can do an exchange. An Exchange claim must be made within a week of receiving your order by mail. If the product is damaged in the mail, a damage claim must be made within 24-48hrs. If a damage claim has not been made with in 24-48hrs then a claim can not be made. An exchange can only be made if you don’t like the product not if it is damaged. In order for an exchange, Over the Horizons product(s) must be returned to Over the Horizons in the original packaging before exchange can be made. Product exchange has to be made within a week after shipment of product has been received. You will have to fill out an Exchange form with your sales rep. Exchanges must be equal to or less in value to the product that is being exchanged for (OH will cover the S&H). After Over the Horizons Shipping & Claims Department receives the Exchange Form, and the product then the exchange will be processed and then you will receive your new product with in 2-3weeks later. *Customer/Members Service must authorize returns & credits in advance, All Products must be returned in its original packaging & Labeling.
*Only unworn clothing items, Home Décor, and Lawn Décor items are refundable, Food, Health & Beauty items, and/or consumable items, local artist products are not refundable.
* Over The Horizons Can Not Exchange Business Material Products that have Personal Decals, Monograms, Logos, Screen Prints, Embroidery, and/or Imprinted Business Items
* $15.00 Restocking Fee maybe applied with all Exchanges
